Auftrittsbedingungen

Wir sind eine akustische Bühne, deshalb wird bei uns ohne Verstärkung gespielt.

Alle Konzerte müssen leider pünktlich um 22.00 Uhr enden.

We offer an acoustic stage, you are most welcome to play without strong amplification. The concerts HAVE TO FINISH at 10:00 pm max.

Erlöse aus Eintritt/ Hut und Merchandise sind ausschließlich für Euch gedacht. Kümmert euch deshalb bitte selbst um die Einnahmen.

HAT/ENTRANCE FEE: all you earn is completely yours, so please be aware that you have to take care of that yourself.

Gema : Wir übernehmen keine Gemagebühren!

Jeder Künstler tritt für diesen Abend als Veranstalter auf. Das bedeutet Für alle die bei der Gema, Koda oder ähnliches registriert sind, das sie die eventuell anfallenden Gemagebühren, selbst tragen müssen.

Das Gemaformular muß ausgefüllt und unterschrieben an uns gesendet werden.

Gema Koda etc: Once you are member of a collecting society such as Koda, Ascap etc. you have to know that we are not able to pay them, you have to take of that yourself. Once we get a bill, we will forward it to you.

Werbung : Das Künstlerformular dient uns als Informationsquelle um eure Veranstaltung zu bewerben, also ausfüllen und digitales Bild (min.200x200 Pixel) gleich nach Terminvergabe zu uns schicken.

Wer hat, schickt auch 3 Wochen vor Auftritt Poster und/oder Flyer

Bitte beachtet, daß wir, wenn Ihr nicht aus Berlin seid, beiderseits besonders viel Werbung machen müssen!

Promotion: Please fill in the artist form and send it with a picture, so we can start net (etc.) promotion right from the start. The earlier the better.

Please also do send us 3-4 posters and flyers (if applicable).

Please be aware, that once you are not a Berlin citizen and not so very popular over here, we (both sides) have to do extra extra promotion to make people come here when you are playing.
